19.1 What This Chapter Explains
・
This chapter describes methods of maintenance
and inspection.
・
Carefully read "Chapter 1 Safety Instructions"
again before performing maintenance and
inspection.
Be careful for maintenance and
inspection!
You run the risk of electric shock.
・
Before inspecting the inverter, be sure to
turn off the power supply and wait for 10
minutes or more (*1) or 15 minutes or
more (*2).
(Confirm that the charge lamp on the
inverter is turned off and the DC voltage
between terminals P and N is 45 V or
less.)
*1) For models P1-00044-L - P1-01240-L (P1-004L - P1-220L)
and P1-00041-H - 00620-H (P1-007H - P1-220H)
*2) For models P1-01530-L - P1-02950-L (P1-300L - P1-550L)
and P1-00770-H - P1-03160-H (P1-300H - P1-1320H)
* Components that have finite lives are electrolytic
condenser on board, smoothing capacitor, IGBT,
diode module, current limiting resistor, relay for
driving current limiting resistor or thyristor, cooling
fan, and memory element, which are mounted on
the board.
・
Entrust only a designated person for
maintenance, inspection, and
replacement of parts.
(Be sure to remove wristwatches and
metal accessories, e.g., bracelets, before
maintenance and inspection work. Be
sure to use insulated tools for the work.)
・
Do not perform pressure test.
