Figure 199, Example Adjunct Power Connections,
on page 515 shows typical connection locations for
adjunct power. Adjunct power for station equipment may be supplied from the equipment room, satellite
location, or the work location.
For this figure, the following example is used:

If 25 telephones are connected to the system and all 25 telephones need adjunct power, install a
bulk power supply in the equipment room.
2
If only ten of the telephones need adjunct power, install a bulk power supply at the satellite
location.
3
If only one telephone needs adjunct power, install the individual power supply at the work
location.
