Add Channel Service Units
A channel service unit (CSU) can be either an integrated CSU (ICSU) module or a 3150/3170 CSU

About Installing an ICSU Module
The integrated channel service unit (ICSU) is a combination of a 120A3A CSU module integrated with a
DS1 circuit pack. A 700A DS1 loopback jack must be installed with this device.

NOTE:
Re-manufactured/repaired ICSU units and any manufactured after May 7, 2002 are
marked as “120A3A.”

Cable H600-383
4-pair modular cord
Group 2, 50-foot (15.2 m) cable (standard)

The basic ICSU requires a TN464E or TN767D or later. The enhanced integrated channel service
unit can also be used with the TN2464BP or TN2313/AP.
