Verify hardware/software requirements
Make sure you know which download procedure to use and that you have all the hardware and software
that is necessary to proceed.

Given the type of target circuit pack to be upgraded, choose an appropriate source circuit pack
from the following table (
Table 30, Download Method by Circuit Pack,
on page 717). The last
column indicates which download method must be used with the target and chosen source.
