Selects the source of the reference oscillator signal.

Suffix:

Channel number. This suffix is ignored in the ROSCillator sub-
system and can be set to any value.

Parameters:

INTernal - select internal 10 MHz reference oscillator.
EXTernal - select external 10 MHz reference clock.
