<MeasDelay>

Defines the "Meas. Delay" before each partial measurement or the first partial measure-
ment (depending on whether "All Partial Meas'ments" or "First Partial Meas'ment" is
selected). Setting a delay disables the automatic calculation of the (minimum) sweep
time; see
