4.1.1 Installation, wiring and maintenance procedures
The outline and procedures for AD75 installation, wiring and maintenance are shown

Understand the "Handling precautions" and
"Names of each part" of the module (AD75)
Installing the
module
Install the module (AD75) on the base unit.
Wiring the
module
Wire the external device connection
connector pins, and assemble the connector.
The cables used to connect the AD75 with the
machine system input (each input signal), and the
AD75 with the manual pulse generator are
manufactured by soldering each signal wire onto the
"external device connection connector" enclosed with
the AD75.
Connect the cable to the module (AD75)
Use the SSCNET cable to connect the AD75 and
servo amplifier.
Confirming the
installation and
wiring
Carry out the single module test
Confirm that the AD75 functions properly
with the single module test.
Servicing the
module
Operation of the positioning system.
Carry out maintenance
Carry out maintenance as necessary.
Dispose of the AD75
When the AD75 is no longer necessary,
dispose of it with the specified methods.

Start up the servo.
Wire and connect the manufactured cable to AD75
after reading the precautions for wiring.
Start up the servo using the AD75 software package.
