[23:12] Defines the off-state of the CE with
respect to the PWM outputs where
the off-state generally refers to the
state when the output inductor
current is in its downward slope
cycle (e.g., primary FETs off,
secondary FETs in a bridge
topology). In bridge topologies
there are two off-states per
switching cycle. ce_off_mask0
defines the first (even) off-state and
ce_on_mask1 defines the second
(odd) off-state. In non-bridge
topologies (e.g., ACF, buck)
ce_off_mask0 and ce_off_mask1
are typically set to the same value.
