Functions
CANmotion_NodeDiag is used for the diagnosis of the state of the specified axis connected to Motion
port. The instruction can only be applied to the Motion port built in the motion controller. If the axis
configured in the software can not be used normally, the instruction can be used to diagnose the cause
of an error for the axis.
