Contact Management
This section provides the operating instructions for managing contacts. Topics include:
• Directory

Local Directory
The built-in phone directory can store contact names and numbers. You can store up to 1000 contacts and 48
groups (including the default groups: Company, Family and Friend) in your phone's local directory; add new
contacts and groups; edit, delete or search for a contact; or simply dial a contact number from the local directory.
Contacts and groups can be added either one by one or in batch using a local contact file.
Procedure
Configuration changes can be performed using the configuration files or locally.
Configuration File <MAC>.cfg
Specify the access URL of the local
contact file.
Specify the access URL of a contact
avatar file.
Specify the access URL of a contact
icon file
Specify the access URL of a TAR
contact avatar file.
Specify the access URL of the
compressed TAR file consisting of the
avatars TAR file and contact XML file.
Specify the access URL of a TAR
contact icon file.
