Viewing the Phone Status
You can view phone status via phone user interface or web user interface.
Available information of phone status includes:
•
General information (IP address, MAC address and firmware version)
•
Network status (IPv4 status or IPv6 status, IP mode and MAC address)
•
IPv4 uses a 32-bit address.
•
IPv6 is an updated version of the current Internet Protocol to meet the increased demands for unique
IP addresses, using a 128-bit address.
•
Phone status (product name, hardware version, firmware version, product ID, MAC address, device
certificate status and Android version)
•
Account status (register status of SIP accounts)
•
Storage information (internal storage, internal SD and USB storage
The storage information is sorted and displayed with different categories. The following table lists usage of each

You can view the device certificate status and storage information via phone user interface only.

Display the memory cost of the application data and media content.
Cached data
Tap to clear cached data for all apps.
Pictures,
videos
Tap to view the pictures/videos by
Gallery
application.
Audio
Tap to open the file system of the storage. You can browse the file system to view all audios
in the internal SD card or USB flash drive.
Downloads
Display the memory cost of the downloaded files.
Misc.
Tap to display all folders on the IP phone. You can then select the folders to be cleaned up.
