Procedure
Replace rule can be created using the configuration files or locally.
To add a replace rule via web user interface:
• Click on Settings->Dial Plan->Replace Rule .
• Enter the string (e.g.,1) in the Prefix field.
• Enter the string (e.g., 1234) in the Replace field.
• Enter the desired line ID in the Account field or leave it blank.
• If you leave this field blank or enter 0, the replace rule will apply to all accounts on the IP phone.
Configuration File <MAC>.cfg
Create the replace rule for the IP
phone.
