ELAN Name . The name of the
ELAN whose status changed to
generate this trap.

Service Instance . The specific instance of
this service. In most cases this value will
be 1 but an ATM port may have multi-
ple instances

. The new, current status of the LEC

as an integer as shown below in the State List.
