Viewing T1 Remote Statistics
To receive and monitor remote statistics on T1 ports you must enable the Facility Datalink
(
FDL
) protocol through the
temod
command. These statistics will not be available if you do
not enable
FDL
.
Note
Because there is no
FDL
standard for E1 configura-
tions, remote statistics are not supported on E1 ports.
Viewing Total Remote Statistics
You can view remote statistics occurring during the past 24 hours on a single port by enter-
ing the following command
terts <slot>/<port>
where
<slot>
is the slot number where the board is located, and
<port>
is the port number on
the board on which you want to view statistics. For example, to view remote 24-hour statis-
tics for Port 2 on the board in slot 5, enter
terts 5/2
A screen similar to the following displays:

LOFC
. Loss of Frame Count. A loss of frame count is the accumulation of the number of times
a “Loss of Frame” is declared.
