Deleting WAN Links
The
linkdelete
command is used to delete one or more existing WAN Link records.
Note
Before you can delete a PPP Entity, you must first
delete all WAN Links that have been associated with it.

information.
1.
To delete an existing WAN Link, for example, Link Index 2, you would enter the follow-
ing command:
linkdelete L2
A screen similar to the following displays:
This will delete the configuration for Link Peer ID: 3 Link Index: 2
Continue ? {(Y)es, (N)o} : N
2.
If you wish to delete this link, enter
y
and press
Enter.
If you wish to abort the deletion,
just press
Enter
to accept the default answer of “No.”
The system prompt will then reappear.
