Removing/installing right footrest

system

•

Mark the installed position.

•

Remove the screws (arrows) and secure the foot-
rest system to the frame together with the brake
line and the master brake cylinder.

•

Install the footrest system in its original position,
as marked.

Removing/installing brake pedal

Important:

When installing, check blow-by clearance at piston
rod (

34.12).

•

Release the pin for the brake linkage.

•

Detach the master cylinder from the footrest
plate.

Important:

Screw is secured with a thread-locking compound.

•

Detach brake pedal (1) from the footrest plate
and remove it with the torsion spring, bearing
bushing and washer.

Important:

When installing, use a new screw.

Note:

When installing the brake pedal pivot bushing,
grease with

Staburags NBU 30 PTM

.

•

Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure.
