39.4.22 Configuration (FTMx_CONF)
This register selects the number of times that a reload opportunity should occur before the
RF bit is set, the FTM behavior in Debug modes, the use of an external global time base,
and the global time base signal generation.
This register also controls if initialization trigger should be generated when a reload point
is reached.
