小数点の重要性
Role of Decimal Point
NC
にプログラムを入力するとき、小数点を付け忘
れたらどうなるかを以下の例から示します。
下図の形状を加工するために、プログラムを作成し
ます。
The example below shows what happens if a decimal point is
omitted by mistake when entering a program into the NC.
This program is being written to machine the shape shown in
the drawing below.

の加工径路をたどるため、
"X90.0" Z

と入力するところを小数点を付け忘れて
"X90"
と入力した場合、加工径路は太線

になります。
これは、小数点がないと最小設定単位になるため、
NC
が、
"X90"
の数値を
"X0.09 mm"
とみなすためで
す。

imal point and enter "X90" the machining path will be as indi-
cated by the thick line.
This happens because if there is no decimal point the units are
taken to be the smallest setting units so the NC takes the entry
"X90" to mean "X0.09 mm."

プログラムで小数点入力できるアドレスを入力する
場合は、小数点入力のチェックを必ず行ってくださ
い。
