stuck or stalled
(3). The motor brake is not
released

the motor are too small

angle setting is incorrect
4. Motor parameters are
improperly set
5. Abnormal internal
current sampling circuits of
the drive
6. Abnormal brake circuit
of the drive
7. A smaller motor is
selected
8. The motor power line has
a bad connected or
disconnected phase
1. Reduce the actual
mechanical load of the
motor
2. Increase the acceleration
and deceleration time
during the motor operation
3. Check the mechanical
load drive mode and make
sure there is no stuck
4. Recheck the rotor
compensation angle
5. Check the motor brake
wiring and make sure it is
reliably connected
6. Check the motor
parameters and make sure
the parameters are properly
set (for example, the motor
rated current, the motor
overload protection
threshold, the motor fast
