Parameter Description:
Select the method for detecting rotor compensation angle through Byte0. Using the conventional detection
method is to allow the motor shaft end to unidirectionally run for a certain angle under the no-load condition, to
detect the rotor position compensation angle and the motor phase sequence. During this process, the motor may
vibrate. In order to ensure the detection accuracy and safety, please make sure the motor shaft end is under no-load
condition, and is within safe operation range.
The static detection method allows the motor shaft end to be loaded, but requires the motor shaft end to be in
the braking status. During the static detection, the motor shaft does not rotate, and the motor will make slight noise
at intervals. This method requires the compensation angle detection current as well as the phase sequence detection
sensitivity and current to be correctly set, otherwise, it may result in inaccurate detection or detection failure.
Notice: During the detection of the rotor position compensation angle and the phase sequence, nobody is
allowed to touch the motor or stay within the movement range of mechanical structures.
Set the phase sequence detection sensitivity through Byte1. During phase sequence detection, when the motor
shaft offset angle exceeds the set angle, if the direction is correct, the phase sequence is correct; if it is in the
opposite direction, the phase sequence is incorrect; if the motor shaft offset angle does not exceed the set angle, it
reports that the detection fails.
The bigger the set angle of the phase sequence detection sensitivity, the more accurate the detection result, but
it can reduce the success rate of detection; on the contrary, the success rate will be higher. However, the detection
result may not always be accurate. If the detection fails, gradually reduce the set angle to ensure the accuracy of the
result when the detection is successful.
