If you drop a transmission scanner, you must alert the Radiation Safety
Officer, who must follow the radiation regulations appropriate to the site to
move the transmission scanner to a secure, shielded area, determine if it has
been damaged, and assess possible radiation exposure.

Detaching the Line Source Compartment from the Bracket
To dismount the line source compartment from the bracket, proceed as follows:
Procedure Details
1.
Use a Torx T10 key to unscrew the four
torx screws in each side.
2.
Carefully lift up the bracket and place it
next to the line source compartment.
