Count Rate
•
Click on the
Count rate
button to open the
Count rate
window (Fig. 78).
a) Display
Select one of the display modes Count rate,
Correlation or Counts / molecule by pressing the
corresponding button. The arrow buttons of the
scale tab allow to adjust the measuring range.

Click on
Count rate
Display
button to display
the count rate per second (CR) for each
activated physical channel (Fig. 78). This value is
constantly updated and calculated each 0.5 ms,
if
Averaging
is switched
Off
. The expanded
display for each channel and Options can be
closed by the
Channel 1
,
Channel 2
and
Options
arrows. The blue bar indicates relative
levels compared to overload. If system overload
occurs, an error message will be displayed and
the APDs switched off in order to avoid damage
(Fig. 79). Press Ok to continue and laser light
intensity or concentration of your sample.
