Methods
The
Methods
tool lists all existing measure methods for selection or deletion.
•
Click on the
Methods
tool button.

This opens the
Method
tool box (see Fig. 7). Another click will close the window again. Scroll tabs
will allow to view all the contents. In the undocked state the window size can be accommodated to
fit the requirements by pulling the window sites.
Please note that
Category
,
Comment
and
Status
are only displayed in
show all
mode.
•
Click on the
Method Information
tab to
display a detailed description of the highlighted
method including name, comments, configu-
rations and parameter settings (Fig. 8). Click a
second time to close the information window.
•
You can select the analysis method you want to
use by highlighting the corresponding entry
from the list with a single click and pressing the
Select
button.
All parameters will load with this method.
•
The
Copy
button will copy the content of the
Method Information
window into the clip-
board.
•
The
button opens the
Print Setup
window. Set the print parameters and start the print function
by clicking
Ok
. The
Print Setup
window will be closed automatically and the content of the
Method
Information
window will be printed as a hardcopy.
•
The
Delete
button allows you to delete a method from the database. To do so, highlight the method
you want to remove and then click the
Delete
button. A
Delete Method
window will appear
requesting confirmation of this action. Press
Yes
to delete the method from the data base,
No
to keep
the method.
