Action Buttons 

The Action buttons are used to trigger 
measurements and to adjust the measurement 
conditions. The following buttons are available 
(Fig. 77):

 opens up a new Image FCS Diagram 

within a container.

Count rate:

 opens the Count rate window 

−

 

xyz-Scan:

 triggers a one dimensional (x, y, z) 

or two dimensional (xy, xz, yz) Scan 

−

 

Snap:

 Starts a single measurement at the 

first (Sample Carrier) or highlighted (LSM 
Image) position. 

−

 

Start ConfoCor Experiment:

 Starts sequen-

tial measurements on all marked or high-
lighted positions. 

−

 

Stop:

 Ends or interrupts the current 

measurement  

 

Scans and measurements are performed 
according to the settings and methods 
defined in the FCS tools.
