Important Information!
If the calibration has been completed
successfully with the Calibration Matrix,
do no longer use the pinhole and
collimator functionality of the LSM
software in the
Maintain
menu.
The use of the pinhole sliders to raise the quality of
the images is well known from the other LSM
Systems.
On the LSM 7
LIVE
, only the
Optimize
sliders of
the
OptimizeLIVE.lvb
macro have to be used
(Fig. 17) to compensate for misalignments (e.g.
temperature influences).
After the Calibration Matrix has optimized a particular objective, the results will be stored automatically in
a file as shown below. These files can be found in C:\ZEN\BIN.
Do not change any of the values!
