Warranties
Scope and Duration of Warranties
Product warranties
GE warrants that the ultrasound products are:
1.
Free from defects in material, workmanship, and title.
2.
Conform to our published product specifications in
effect on the date of shipment of the products. The
product specifications are available on request.
Patent and copyright warranty
GE warrants that when delivered, the products will not be
subject to any valid patent or copyright infringement claim.
The warranty period for all warranties, except the warranty of
title and the patent and copyright warranty, is limited in time as
shown below:
