Positn (Position)
Description
Allows for the amplitude control of the
ECG, PCG or Aux waveform.
Allows for the vertical positioning of the
ECG, PCG or Aux waveform on the image
display.
Benefits
Allows for amplitude adjustment to
compensate for different levels of ECG,
PCG or Aux output.
Allows for positioning of the ECG, PCG or
Aux waveform to minimize impact on the
scan image. Adjustable to user
requirements.
Values
The PCG & AUX gain can be adjusted
from –10 to +10 in 2-digit increments.
EGC gain can be adjusted from –20 to
+10 in 2-digit increments.
NOTE: ECG, PCG and Aux default gain
setting can be changed in the Set Up
Custom Display menu page 18.

ECG/Cine Gauge/Image Tracking
When an ECG waveform is displayed with the cine gauge, an
arrow pointer will appear above the ECG waveform.
As the cine gauge marker is moved with the Cine Scroll control,
the arrow above the ECG waveform will move to indicate where
on the ECG cycle the displayed image was taken.
