Mode Measurements

LOGIQ 500 Basic Users Manual

Tissue depth

Tissue depth measurement in M-Mode functions the same as
the distance measurement in B-Mode. It measures only vertical
distance between points.

Scan patient with M-Mode timeline displayed.

Press Measurement once. A “

” cursor with a vertical dotted

line appears.

Use the Trackball to move the “

” cursor to the most anterior

point to be measured.

Press Set to fix the start point.

Use the Trackball to move the second point to the most
posterior point to be measured.

Press Set to complete the measurement.

The vertical distance between the two points is displayed at the
bottom of the screen.
