Spessorazione alberi cambio
Per determinare l’entità delle
spessorazioni totali relative
all’
albero primario
“SA” e
secondario
“SB” operare come
descritto:
●
misurare la quota “A” e “B”
relativa agli alberi primario e
secondario (su quest’ultimo occorre
considerare anche lo spessore del
rasamento “C” di
2,3 mm)
;
●
misurare la profondità
corrispondente alla distanza tra
piano di contatto dei semicarter lato
FRIZIONE e lato CATENA e la
superficie di appoggio della pista
interna del cuscinetto relativo
all’albero primario “PA1” e “PA2” e
secondario “PB1” e “PB2”;
●
aggiungere lo spessore della
guarnizione da interporre tra i
semicarter di
0,30 mm
;
●
tenendo conto di dover ottenere
un gioco assiale di
0,15 mm
avremo:
SA=PA1+PA2+0,30–A–0,15
e
SB=PB1+PB2+0,30–B–0,15
SA=PA1+PA2–A–0,15
e
SB=PB1+PB2–B–0,15
Shimming the gearbox shafts
To establish the total shimming for
the
primary shaft
“SA” and the
transmission shaft
“SB”, proceed
as follows:
●
measure “A” and “B” on the
primary and transmission shafts (on
the latter, you must also include the
thickness of shim “C” of
2.3 mm)
;
●
measure the depth
corresponding to the distance
between the contact surface
between the CLUTCH
side
crankcase and the CHAIN side
crankcase and the support surface
of the inner bearing race for the
primary shaft “PA1” and “PA2” and
the transmission shaft “PB1” and
“PB2”;
●
add the thickness of the
crankcase gasket:
0.30 mm
;
●
considering that an end float of
0.15 mm
must be obtained, this
gives:
SA=PA1+PA2+0.30 – A–0.15
and
SB=PB1+PB2+0.30 –B–0.15
SA=PA1+PA2–A–0.15
and
SB=PB1+PB2–B–0.15
Shimming the gearbox drum
To establish the size of each
shimming, note that:
SA = SA1+SA2 and SB=SB1+SB2
where “SA1” and “SA2” represent
the primary shaft shimming on the
CLUTCH side and CHAIN side and
“SB1” and “SB2” represent the
corresponding transmission shaft
shimming.
This gives:
SA1=PA1–64
and
SB1=PB1–64–0.075
and therefore
SA2=SA–SA1
and
SB2=SB–SB1
.
A similar procedure is used to
establish the total shimming “S” for
the
gearbox drum
; given that:
P1 = CLUTCH side casing depth
P2 = CHAIN side casing depth
A = distance of gearbox drum
abutments
0,30 = casing gasket
0,25
= end float
This gives:
S=P1+P2+0.30–A–0.25
;
Given that
S = S1+S2
we get
S1=P1–59 –0.125
and so
S2=S–S1
.
Spessorazione tamburo
cambio
Per determinare l’entità di una
singola spessorazione è necessario
sapere che:
SA=SA1+SA2 e SB=SB1+SB2 dove
“SA1” e “SA2” rappresentano la
spessorazione dell’albero primario
lato FRIZIONE e lato CATENA e
“SB1” e “SB2” le corrispondenti
sull’albero secondario.
Avremo così:
SA1=PA1–64
e
SB1=PB1–64–0,075
e quindi
SA2=SA–SA1
e
SB2=SB–SB1
.
Analoga procedura occorre seguire
per determinare gli spessori totali
“S” del
tamburo cambio
;
conoscendo:
P1= profondità carter lato FRIZIONE
P2= profondità carter lato CATENA
A = spallamento tamburo cambio
0,30 = guarnizione tra i semicarter
0,25
= gioco assiale
Risulterà:
S=P1+P2+0,30–A–0,25
;
Sapendo che
S=S1+S2
otterremo
S1=P1–59–0,125
e
quindi
S2=S–S1
.
