Replacing the Calibration Gas Components

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

16. Reconnect the two connectors on each side of the transfer line.

17. Replace the glass manifold cover.

18. Slide the right side panel back onto the instrument and reattach the screws.

19. Replace the top cover and tighten the screws.

20. Reposition the instrument closer to the GC.

21. Restart your system by following the instructions in

“Restarting the System”

page 165

Note

Be careful when mounting the new transfer line. Ensure the glass braid insulation

protects the wires from being pinched and shorted to the metal of the transfer line.
