ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

4. Use a T10 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the two screws holding the electrometer shield

in place.

5. Lift the electrometer shield off the instrument and set it aside.

6. Use a T10 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws holding the electrometer

board in place.
