Replacing Components of the Manifold

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

17. Reattach the two screws and pillow block to the front manifold plate.

18. Hold the spring and safety interlock in place as you attach the vacuum interlock shield

and screws.

19. Reconnect the vacuum interlock cable and tubing.

20. Restart your system by following the instructions in

“Restarting the System”

page 165
