Cleaning the Ion Source Cartridge

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

15. Let the ion source cartridge cool.

16. Hold the handle of the tool with one hand and use the other hand to pull the barrel

toward you and into the handle.

17. Invert the ion source tool so that the barrel is pointed toward the floor.
