Troubleshooting

Investigating Filament and Lens Control Issues

Thermo Scientific

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Check the source interface board to make sure the filament wires are fully connected. See

Source Interface Board and Heat Shield

for

details.

Make certain there are no large leaks. High pressure readings disable the lens voltages.

Make certain the lever on the vacuum interlock is fully down. The lenses are disabled when the lever is in the up position.
