Replacing the Boards in the ISQ 7000 Mass Spectrometer

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

8. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws around the manifold door.

9. Detach the filament board from the source interface board.

10. Open the manifold door and remove the bottom left screw holding the metal heat shield

to the source interface board.
