Repeller Plate

To replace the repeller plate:

1. Shut down your system by following the steps in 

“Shutting Down the ISQ 7000 System” 

on 

page 149

.

2. Remove the analyzer tray from the instrument by following the instructions in 

“Removing the Analyzer Tray from the ISQ 7000 Instrument” 

on 

page 151

.

3. Twist off the source-repeller thumbscrews.

4. Remove the thumbscrew-repeller spacers.
