Replacing the Boards in the ISQ 7000 Mass Spectrometer

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

14. Lift up on the bracket of the power supply.

15. Now that all of the components have been removed from the distribution board, you can

see that it lies flat on the bottom of the chassis.

16. Disconnect all eight cables from the distribution board. Also remove the cable that enters

the chassis from the back panel.

17. Remove all 19 T10 Torxhead screws that connect the distribution board to the bottom of

the chassis.

18. Tilt the distribution board to one side and lift it out of the instrument.

19. Insert a new distribution board into the instrument and reattach the screws.

20. Reconnect all the cables.
