Replacing the Calibration Gas Components

Thermo Scientific

ISQ 7000 Hardware Manual

4. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws around the manifold door.

5. Open the manifold door and swing it out of the way.

6. Look through the top of the instrument and locate the RF board. It is the second board

standing on end toward the center of the ISQ 7000 instrument. Use a T20 Torxhead
screwdriver to loosen the screw holding the board and bracket to the chassis.
