WORD CLOCK popup window (Slave mode)

Since the slave DSP engine will use word clock on the TWINLANe network as the clock
source, you must select this option for the slave DSP engine.

SUBSTITUTE TWINLANe CLOCKING ON MASTER FAILURE button
(This feature will be supported by a future update.)
While this button is on, if the clock from the master DSP engine is cut off for some reason, the
slave DSP engine will automatically take over as the master.
There are two options for the source. Select one of them based on whether or not the clock is
supplied from another system.
INTERNAL:
Select this option if the clock is not supplied from another system. At this time,
the slave DSP engine will become the master, and use the internal clock frequency of the
original master DSP engine.
WORD CLOCK IN:
Select this option if the system is receiving the clock from another system
via the WORD CLOCK IN connector, or if the system is sharing the clock generator with
another system via the WORD CLOCK IN connector.
At this time, the slave DSP engine will become the master, and use the frequency of the word
clock being supplied via the rear panel WORD CLOCK IN connector. (This frequency is the
same as that of WORD CLOCK IN specified for the original master DSP engine.) At first, you
must input the same clock to the DSP1 (master) and the DSP2 (slave) devices.

In the MASTER CLOCK SELECT field, select a clock source.
A confirmation dialog box will appear if you attempt to change the clock source setting.

To close the WORD CLOCK popup window, press the “x” symbol located in the
upper right.
The system will return to the SETUP screen.
