Bit 6 =1: External cycle start signal (ST) is invalid;
=0: External cycle start signal (ST) is valid;
Bit 5 =1: External stop signal (SP) is invalid;
=0: External stop signal (ST) is valid; the external feed hold switch is needed,
otherwise, “Feed hold” is displayed.
