Precautions:
1) The spindle, there is not alternative other than to work at the position controllable mode;
2) In the case of the multi-spindle controllable function, G92.1 is only used between the 1
st
spindle simultaneous feed, the usage and relevant parameter setting is identical with the rigid
tapping;
3) When performing the G92.1 command, CNC system will not detect whether the current
spindle is on the position or speed controllable method, therefore, when using this command, it is
better to set the 1
st
spindle servo controllable axis as the Cs axis working mode to guarateen the
safety;
4) The absolute coordinate value of the spindle controllable axis (C axis) should be set as cycle
method to avoid the coordinate value flowing;
5) When the spindle controllable method shifts to the position method from speed controllable
method, it is better to perform the spindle reference point return operation or set the start position of
the current controllable axis (C axis) by G50.
6) Both the feed axis and spindle are performed the interpolation from the start of the cutting to
the end. The spindle and feed axis are stopped at the thread interpolation end position, instead of
performing the tail-retraction operation;
7) Spindle returns to the initial angle when the cycle is completed, for example, the current
position of the spindle is 30° before the cycle, the single cycle is then ended; spindle returns to 30° in
the motion ; the positioning direction is identical with the

spindle rotation direction of which when
the thread interpolation is performed.
8) During the multi-head thread, spindle positions to the outside of its corresponding start angle
by the current thread head when the motion is performed. For example: the c

urrent position of the
spindle is 30°, machine the 6-head thread, when machining at the 2nd theard head, the spindle
positions at the 90° when performing the motion , as well it returns to 30° again when performing

the motion ;

9) After executing the feed hold in thread cutting, the system does not stop cutting until the
thread cutting is completed with Pause on screen;
10) After executing single block in thread cutting, the program run stops after the system returns
to starting point(one thread cutting cycle is completed);
11) Thread cutting decelerates to stop when the system resets, emergently stops or its driver
alarms.
