Plotting a Robust Means Data Curve
The Robust Means Data Curve plots a Robust Means/Time curve for reagent
development purposes. A Robust Means Data Curve may be plotted for UDR rate and
calibration runs only. When a Plot Robust Means Data is requested, the number of
actual replicates run by the instrument is displayed within the parentheses next to the
Replicates box. This will include accepted and rejected replicates. For further details,
refer to Programming Rate Mode and Calibrating a UDR Chemistry in this chapter.
