Entering Demographics
Follow the steps below to enter patient demographics from the Demographics screen.

Type or select the appropriate information in each field.
(Refer to Table 7.5 for a description of field entries.)

When all desired Demographics are entered:

yyyy: 1850-2035
The order and the separator
character are defined in Setup.
Sex
• Select the options button

Age units

Hours: 0-999
Days: 0-999
Weeks: 0-999
Months: 0-999
Years: 0-999
• Age is automatically calculated
if Date of Birth is entered.
• Age is automatically
recalculated if Age units are
changed.
