Follow the steps below to delete data from a text field.

Printing Data from a Screen

Many screens contain data that may be printed by selecting 

Print [F10]

.

Printing a Screen

Any screen can be printed by pressing 

[Ctrl]

 + 

[P]

 simultaneously.

Choose the text field.

Choose one:

• Press the 

[Delete]

 key to delete the entire field.

• Press  the 

[Backspace]

 key to delete a single character prior to the cursor.

• Drag through any portion of the text to highlight it and then press the
