QC Backup
Follow the steps below to back up QC to a floppy diskette. Formatted diskettes must
be double-sided, high density.

From the Quality Control screen, select
QC Backup [F8]

Enter "

Option No.
field.

Enter a maximum of 3 alphanumeric characters in the
Operator ID
field.
Press
[Enter]
.

Place a floppy diskette into the disk drive.

Select
<OK>
to back up the QC.
OR
Select
<Cancel>
to return to the Quality Control screen without archiving
the QC.
NOTICE
If Backup is selected, the system will format the diskette before doing
the backup. All existing files will be overwritten. When backup is
complete, a message is displayed asking the operator whether the
backed up results should be deleted.

At the Backup/Restore dialog box, select
<OK>
to continue.

NOTICE
Once the QC data is deleted from the hard disk, modifications are no
longer allowed.
Select
<OK>
to delete the QC results from the hard disk.
OR
Select
<Cancel>
to return to the Quality Control screen without deleting
the results from the hard disk.

Enter a date range in the QC Date Range dialog box.
Select <OK> to delete the QC results from the hard disk.
OR
Select
<Cancel>
to return to the Quality Control screen without deleting
the QC results from the hard disk.
