from the Alignment dialog box to save the alignment data to
a temporary file.
OR

to return to the Alignment: Reagent Crane Probe screen
without saving the alignment data.

Select any icon from the menu bar. (Refer to Figure 10.31.)
Select
<Yes>
from the Alignment dialog box to save the new alignment
data to the database.
[F1] Prev Align
allows the operator to overwrite this
alignment data with the previous alignment data.
OR
Select
<No>
to restore the previous alignment data.
