Core Timer Period Register (TPERIOD)
The
TPERIOD
register is shown in
Figure 9-4
. When auto-reload is enabled,
the
TCOUNT
register is reloaded with the value of the
TPERIOD
register when-
ever
TCOUNT
reaches 0. Writes to
TPERIOD
are ignored when the timer is
running.
