t passed self-test. See Self-test screen.
This message appears if you attempt to perform a device operation (such as load, program, verify, etc.)
when a self-test has previously failed. The tests must complete successfully before device operations are
allowed. For these tests to be performed, the device sockets must be empty at power-up and when
modules are changed. If this error occurs, go to the self-test screen and execute the test(s) that shows a
“FAIL” status. If the test fails while the device sockets are empty, the module and/or the programmer
require service. Contact your nearest Data I/O Service Center.
Purging filename.ext.
This message will appear if you are using the wildcard (*) designation to purge more than one file at once:
for example, type 27*.dat to delete both the files 27512.dat and 27256.dat.
RAM file area exhausted.
An attempt was made to create a RAM file, but it could not be done because either there was not enough
RAM space remaining for RAM files, or there were not enough directory entries left for RAM files.
RAM file buffer exceeded.
A data write was attempted beyond the end of a previously allocated RAM file. The size of a RAM file
cannot be changed once it is created.
RAM file create error.
An attempt was made to create a RAM file but for some reason it could not be created. Some possible
reasons are: an illegal filename was used or the filename already exists.
RAM file not found.
A device operation was attempted using a RAM file, but the RAm file could not be found in memory.
Ensure that the file name entered is correct and repeat the operation.
Reading user data file size.
This message appears while UniSite-xpi is reading the data file size from disk.
Recording system state parameters.
This message appears after you select a file number for the set of system parameters that you want to save.
This message remains until UniSite-xpi is finished recording the parameters.
Remote port is not properly connected.
This message appears when the programmer is in transparent mode or is performing a data transfer
operation, and the remote/handler port is not properly connected. The front panel LEDs are lit when the
remote/handler port is properly connected.
Restore operation aborted: save are empty
This message appears when the programmer is in transparent mode or is performing a data transfer
operation, and the remote port is not properly connected. The front panel LEDs are lit when the remote
port is properly connected.
Restoring system state variables.
This message appears while UniSite-xpi is reading the recorded system variables from the selected file.
