MODULE ERROR: PSM ID not recognized. Reinsert module.
This message appears if there is a problem with the PSM module. Remove the module and inspect the
interconnection pins to see if they are all intact. If the pins are OK, reinsert the module and watch for the
message to reappear. If the message does not appear, you may resume normal operation. If the message
does reappear, you are using an obsolete version of software.
MODULE ERROR: PSM mis-socketed. Reinsert module.
This message appears if the PSM is inserted incorrectly. Remove the module and inspect the
interconnection pins to see if they are all intact. If all the pins are straight and free of debris, reinstall the
module, making sure the two retaining hooks are inserted into their slots. When the PSM is reinstalled, see
if the message reappears. If the message continues to reappear, the PSM may be defective. Call your
nearest Data I/O Service Center for assistance.
Multiple device errors.
This message appears during a set Load, Program, or Verify operation if more than one error occurred: for
example, if both a high and low Vcc misverify occurred.
Need to clear user RAM file(s) prior to this operation.
The Custom Menu algorithm building process uses the user RAM file system as a buffer. All user RAM
files have to be deleted prior to a Custom Menu algorithm Create or Add operation.
Need to load device menu data. Insert Algorithm disk.
This message appears when you attempt to update the MSM algorithms before the device menu data
(stored in DEV.SYS of the Algorithm disk) has been loaded into system RAM. Insert your Algorithm disk
and try again.
Need to load device menu data. Insert Boot Files disk.
This message appears when you attempt to update the MSM algorithms before the device menu data
(stored in DEV.SYS of the Boot Files disk) has been loaded into system RAM. Insert your Boot Files disk
and try again.
No Base installed or Base ID not recognized.
This message appears when you have selected a device-dependent operation and a Base is not installed.
The Load, Program, Verify, Device Select, and Device Check operations all require the presence of a Base.
Install the correct Base and try the operation again.
No Custom Menu algorithm files found.
No Custom Menu algorithm files found for the selected Custom Menu algorithm operation.
No device configuration features are supported for this device.
The selected device does not contain any features which require this screen for configuration.
No disk in drive A.
There is no disk in the disk drive. Insert the Boot Files disk into drive A and try the operation again.
No FSM or PSM installed or module ID not recognized.
This message appears when you have selected a device-dependent operation and an FSM or PSM is not
installed. The Load, Program, Verify, Device select, and Device check operations all require the presence
of an FSM or PSM. Install the correct module and try the operation again.
