Setting with a DBT value of 7 or less is valid only when the value of the CnBRP 
register is other than 00H.

 do not guarantee the operation of the network 

system. Thoroughly check the effect on the network system, taking into 
consideration oscillation errors and delays of the CAN bus and CAN 
transceiver.
